Replace the raw dotnet restore/build/test/publish steps in ci.yml and
cd.yml with a Cake Frosting build project (build/), mirroring the
pattern already used in GCM. The Release task chain now handles
test -> create-release -> publish -> upload-assets in one place
instead of spread across three CD jobs.
